Envirian® LLC Announces Albuquerque, NM Franchise
Collaboration, Teamwork and Technology Draws Albuquerque Real Estate Professionals to Envirian®

Reston, VA - May 16th, 2006 The owners of Envirian® of Albuquerque, NM, attribute their attraction to joining the Envirian® family of franchises to the company's business principles that promote collaboration and teamwork, as well the new real estate brokerage model and operating system developed by the Reston, VA technology-based real estate company. The Envirian® system integrates Web mapping and satellite imaging systems with the display of properties listed for sale on the multiple listing service. Envirian® of Albuquerque expects to open its doors to the public within the next two weeks. According to Freirich, the office should open with10 agents, but expects to begin recruiting more soon after.
