Envirian Announces New Real Estate Franchises in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Minnesota
Reston, VA - September 9, 2005 - Envirian, a technology-based provider of

announced three new franchises in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Scottsdale,
Arizona; and Rochester, Minnesota.
Envirian/Homes in Pittsburgh, located at 415 Holiday Drive, Building 1,
3rd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15220, opened its doors on September 1.
Envirian of Scottsdale, 14555 North Scottsdale Road, Suite 130,
Scottsdale, AZ 85260, is scheduled to begin operations on September 15.
And Envirian of Rochester, 1817 3rd Street, SW, Rochester, MN 55902, will
debut on October 1.
These newest franchises join Envirian of Bucks County (Pennsylvania) and
Envirian/Northern Virginia Fine Homes, adding up to a roster of eight
highly experienced real estate brokers and over 170 agents.
