Model Was Designed To Be Compatible With New Technology

"We pre-designed our Lead Terminal delivery system specifically with the intent that it would welcome and mesh well with any new technology that becomes available," according Envirian President G. Dean Wood. "Our system is fully functional on the new iPhone so our agents can access the entire back office operation including receiving, tracking and responding to leads and clients," he added.
Earlier this month, Envirian launched Envirian-Universe-of-Homes.com, http://universe-of-homes.com, an on-line, searchable database of homes available for sale or rent internationally from agents, brokers and For Sale By Owners (FSBOs). The service, which is no cost to Envirian agents, is open to others at a minimal fee and is also accessible via the iPhone, Wood noted.
According to Wood, agents can use the iPhone to look up information about their leads, write a history note, send mail, manage their e-mail campaigns and even set up a closing tracker transaction. "Agents who use the iPhone for their business will find that the ability to access the Envirian system entirely provides then a greater opportunity for immediate client response and follow up, which in today's real estate business, is an important ability to have," Wood added.
