Envirian LLC Announces Opening of First International Office
New Zealand Location Gateway to Australasian Marketplace

Christchurch, New Zealand — November 21, 2007 — Envirian LLC, a technology-based residential real estate services provider, today announced the opening of its first international office. Maggie van Rooyen, a seasoned New Zealand real estate agent, leads Envirian/Abuzz Realty Limited (www.christchurch-homes.com).
