Envirian LLC Granted Federal Trademark Registration
Company's Tagline 'The Definition of Real Estate' Becomes Official

Reston, VA — Nov. 28, 2007 Envirian LLC, the Reston, Va.-based national real estate technology franchise brokerage, announced today that it's official tagline, The Definition of Real Estate, has been granted a federally registered Trademark by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

"This is great news for Envirian which is steadily growing nationally in both franchise and agent numbers," G. Dean Wood, President/CFO of the company said. "Holding a federal trademark registration increases the strength and validity of the Envirian brand name and further validates to the real estate industry that our name and business model are the definition of real estate," Wood added.

Envirian currently has franchises located in various territories in Arizona, Washington, D.C., Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Earlier this month, Envirian of Christchurch located in New Zealand, became the company's first international franchise.

According to the USPTO, federal trademark registrations have several benefits for companies. Among those benefits are:

• Constructive notice nationwide of the trademark owner's claim.
• Evidence of ownership of the trademark.
• Jurisdiction of federal courts may be invoked.
• Registration can be used as a basis for obtaining registration in foreign countries.
• Registration may be filed with U.S. Customs Service to prevent importation of infringing foreign goods.
